At Monzzini, we value our customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. Our exchange/return/refund policy is designed to provide you with the best possible shopping experience.
Exchanges:
Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or damage, and must include all original packaging and accessories.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired product is not available, we will offer credit for a future purchase or a refund.
Exchanges can only be made for the same model or a product of equivalent value. Any price difference will be adjusted.
Returns:
We accept product returns within 7 days of receipt of the product, provided the product is in perfect condition, with no signs of use or damage, and includes all original packaging and accessories.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 days of inspection and approval of the returned product.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued for products returned within the established time frame and that meet the return criteria.
Once your returned product has been shipped, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label so you can send the product back to us.
Once the returned product arrives and has been inspected, we will refund the full amount of the returned product, plus the amount paid by the customer for the product.
The verification and refund process will be completed within 7 calendar days after receipt of the returned product.

Submitting Items for Refund:
In order for a refund to be sent, the customer must send back the watch, any gifts we sent, and all packaging and cards. If the watch is sent back and is missing any item, such as the gift or card, etc., the refund will only be issued if all items are sent back. If you do not send everything in the first shipment, which will be paid for by us, the second shipment, to send what was missing, will have the shipping cost borne by the customer.
Refund Form:
In order for the refund to be made, the customer must send a form signed by him/herself along with the watch. This form will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp after the return request. The form must be completed and signed, confirming the refund request and the agreed conditions.
